    Wemonitor weather conditions closely and typically begin service after snow accumulation reaches a certain depth, depending on your service agreement. During major storms, routes may run multiple times to keep properties accessible.

  • Do I need to be home during service?

    No. As long as vehicles are moved and we have access to the area, you do not need to be present.

  • How much does snow removal cost?

    Pricing depends on the size of the property, type of service, accessibility, and whether you choose seasonal or per-visit service. We provide free estimates with clear pricing upfront.

  • Do you provide salting or sanding services?

    Yes, we offer salting and sanding to help reduce ice buildup and improve traction on driveways, parking lots, and walkways.

  • What happens during large snowstorms?

    During heavy snow events common in northern Minnesota, we prioritize safety and accessibility. Some properties may require multiple passes throughout the storm before final cleanup is completed.

  • What if my car is still in the driveway?

    For the best results, vehicles should be moved before service. If a vehicle is present, we may need to return later or plow around it.

  • Do you service rural or long driveways?

    Yes, many northern Minnesota properties have long or rural driveways, and we’re equipped to handle a variety of property types and conditions.
